Privacy

A deliberately small data footprint.

• Postcodes are sent server-side to Postcodes.io only to identify a ward and are never stored.
• Email addresses and selected wards are used only for requested planning alerts. Signup uses double confirmation.
• Unconfirmed signups are deleted after seven days. Unsubscribing erases the active email address and retains only a non-reversible suppression hash.
• Delivery evidence is retained for 90 days. Source PDFs are private and expire after 90 days. Published planning activity is retained as a public archive.
• No advertising, behavioural analytics, maps, accounts or applicant and agent details.
